A tour operator was manually reviewing every inquiry form — reading free-text descriptions, guessing at the best matching tour from a 55-tour catalog, scoring the lead's intent, and drafting a reply from scratch. Every inquiry took meaningful staff time and too many fell through the cracks.
I built a fully automated pipeline using Google Forms, Apps Script, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. Now every submission is instantly analyzed by AI — matched to the right tour, scored Hot/Warm/Cold, summarized for the admin, and a personalized reply draft is placed in Gmail for one-click staff review before sending — keeping a human in the loop, exactly as the client wanted. The live dashboard rebuilds itself on every submission.
The same operator needed a second pipeline using Zoho Forms and a visual no-code workflow. I built a Make.com scenario connecting Zoho Forms → Gemini AI → Zoho CRM → Google Sheets → Gmail. Every new inquiry now creates a CRM contact automatically, with AI summary, lead score, and reply draft — feeding the same live dashboard as the Google Workspace pipeline.
Account managers at a certificate authority were manually reconciling client billing — a grueling process complicated by multiple account tiers, custom contract pricing, volume discounts, pay-as-you-go vs. committed usage models, and dozens of per-client exceptions. Depending on the account, it could take 1–3 hours per report.
I built a Python script that ingested all of that complexity — every pricing rule, contract exception, and usage pattern — and generated a clean reconciliation report in under a minute. Account managers ran it with a few simple commands. The output served double duty: internal visibility into past and projected certificate usage, and a client-facing document for cost reconciliation.
